OnlyFans in trouble as ‘hyper-realistic AI models’ threaten to take over adult platform
OnlyFans models could be in trouble after an AI image generator produced a now-viral snap of stunning camgirls – with some believing the snaps are realistic enough to pass for the real deal
OnlyFans models could be in trouble as apparent hyper-realistic AI models are threatening to take over the adult platform and put them out of work.
A stunning snap showing four almost identical cam girls went viral on Twitter after it was revealed the image may not have been real and had apparently been generated by an artificial intelligence bot, sparking panic.
Some social media users found the supposedly fake image mind-bendingly realistic, with some believing the snap looked real enough to start an OnlyFans.

"I am totally starting a fake AI-generated OnlyFans for gullible idiots if I fail this trading thing," one person tweeted, sharing the snap.
In response, another chimed in: "Image generation technologies like deep fakes/DALL-e will completely put OnlyFans out of business," while a third added: "I'd pay for images like this, even if I knew it's not real."
In the original snap, four blonde women could be seen posing in barely-there black lingerie and gazing at the camera.
A similar image saw another group of models – almost indistinguishable from the first four – strike up the same pose, this time with three of them in hot pink matching sets.
Other users also took to the thread to share their own favourite examples of apparent AI e-girls.
But for the more pedantic OnlyFans subscriber, AI ladies might not be the best choice as many users were quick to point out faults with the images.
"My guess is that someone worked very hard in crafting it, but that it’s almost definitely AI generated, or AI-assisted-generated," one user responded, highlighting errors in the picture.
"Too many anomalies to be a real photo. Also, the perspective looks to be straight-on, but the camera is all the way to the side. Should be distorted."
"Spot AI by looking at the hands," added another, sharing a photo where one of the women's hands, placed on her hip, was creepily morphing into the skin of her torso.
The original poster responded: "The point is not to pixel peep to look for signs it's fake or not. The point is they are already good enough to pass as real."

The news comes following similar reports that a tech company was launching a series of virtual fashion models.
DMIx StudioAvatars has created a series of hyper-realistic modeling shots that could be used to promote fashion campaigns in the near future.
The company behind the images, ColorDigital GmbH, claims its models offer a "never seen before" look.
The models may not be real but it hasn't stopped the company from giving each one a name, including Joy, Nina, Noah, and Theo.
Brands can also personalise the models as much as they want and put them in any clothes with any backdrop.

Free OnlyFans channels refer to OnlyFans accounts where users can access content without paying a subscription fee. These channels can include free accounts, promotional offers, or content samples. Always ensure that any free access is legitimate and provided by the creator themselves. Supporting creators through authorized subscriptions helps maintain the integrity of the platform and fairly compensates them for their work.
