A mega fan of OnlyFans star Anna Paul had an X-rated picture of the stunner inked on their skin.
The saucy content producer recently responded to the fan's gesture by sharing a snap of the tattoo to her Instagram page.
Anna was left in total shock as she couldn't get over the fact that a fan had tattooed such a raunchy picture onto their body.

The picture was simply shared on Anna's Instagram page, alongside the caption "OMG!!!!!"
If you look at the original picture you'll see the OnlyFans star posing with her mouth open with liquid dripping down her face.
Anna, who is based in Queensland, is followed by a whooping 6.2 million people on TikTok, and 2.2 million people on Instagram.
Back last year she made the news after a meet-and-greet with fans became quite chaotic thanks to a stampede of teenagers taking to the event.
The event in Perth came to a halt after just 14 minutes due to the large crowds, and she later apologised because she said she had "no idea" how many people would attend.
She first shot to fame after she posted videos of herself lip-syncing and documenting her daily life.
Now she's one of OnlyFans' highest earners, as she has a spot in the top one percent of content creators.
Anna admits she grew up in poverty, but now she lives a life of luxury that many people would love to experience.
She often shares posts showing off her lavish holidays, designer goodies and proper posh dates with her partner, Glen Tomson.
Now the glamorous babe lives with her brother, influencer and "crypto bro" Atis Paul, where they share a luxurious waterfront mansion on the Gold Coast.
