OnlyFans answer claims Russians banned from using racy site after ‘restricted’ message
Russian adult content creators were left in the lurch earlier this week when OnlyFans appeared to have been cut off in the country – but it was just a technical issues
Adult website Only Fans has finally clarified whether or not it has restricted access to its site in Russia.
After President Vladimir Putin first ordered his troops to invade Ukraine, many of the world's top companies pulled out of the country or blocked access to its services,
And many had thought OnlyFans had done so after some users reportedly have been seeing a message claiming that they had been restricted from accessing it.

In April, 2022, it had been announced that the site had “temporarily paused” the accounts of Russian content creators while it tried to figure out what it was going to do.
A statement from the company at the time, said: “OnlyFans is a creator first business.
“Over the past few months we have explored several options to continue providing our services to creators impacted by the Russia/Ukraine war.
“However due to a further tightening of payment restrictions to and from Russia, OnlyFans can no longer properly serve our Russian creator community.”
But since then, not much had been said by the company about the ban, and no Russian creators had commented on it.
That is, however, until earlier this week.
According to Russian Telegram channels, the website has actually banned in full as of this week.
One post said: “OnlyFans, the adult content subscription platform, has now been fully banned in Russia.
“This has been reported by multiple Russian Telegram channels.
“When they try to access the site, users receive a notification that access is restricted.”
“The reason for the restrictions is not yet clear.”
However, OnlyFans has denied this, in comments made to Newsweek.
A spokesman said that it was a technical issue that stopped users accessing the site.
They said: “This story isn't true.
“There was a technical issue that impacted some regions.
“This has now been resolved.”

Free OnlyFans channels refer to OnlyFans accounts where users can access content without paying a subscription fee. These channels can include free accounts, promotional offers, or content samples. Always ensure that any free access is legitimate and provided by the creator themselves. Supporting creators through authorized subscriptions helps maintain the integrity of the platform and fairly compensates them for their work.
