Alex Le Tissier’s husband says he wouldn’t get same abuse if he was porn star
EXCLUSVIE: Alex Le Tissier has been making a name for herself as a racy model on OnlyFans and Babestation but her husband Mitch quit Twitter over the abuse aimed at her
The son of a football legend quit Twitter over the “nasty and misogynistic” abuse aimed at his wife.
Alex Le Tissier has been trolled since turning to OnlyFans and Babestation when cash was tight during the pandemic.
But husband Mitch believes he would not have received the same vitriol if it was he who decided to get his kit off.

And the dad-of-four no longer uses social media because he found himself arguing with trolls who attacked his partner.
Speaking exclusively with Daily Star, he said: “It was a really difficult time. I’m not on Twitter any more because I couldn’t tolerate her being spoken to like that.
“If I am on there I will just argue with people all day and I just think Twitter is terrible for your mental health anyway.
“You are constantly fighting with people and spending far too much time trying to educate. But if you are someone on there who goes on and throws abuse at someone you don’t know then you are not the sort of person who will be open to logic.
“Once you get a bit older you realise those people are a reflection of themselves and it’s a deflection from the misery of their lives. I am yet to meet a happy and successful person on Twitter who abuses people.”
The 31-year-old added: “You get these people who abuse her appearance and call her ugly and you go on their profile and it’s like really? A 50-year-old fat man who has got no hair left, come on.”
Mitch has a background in insurance and he also has his own football coaching business.
But during the pandemic he and Alex struggled financially before she started a saucy OnlyFans page for paying subscribers.
They are now in a much healthier position and in recent months have enjoyed luxury holidays they once considered unimaginable.
Despite being happy, outsiders have been quick to judge Alex, and Mitch believes it’s because she is a woman who is confident enough to put herself out there.
He said: “There is still a lot of misogyny in society. I think it would be a lot different if I was a male porn star, I don’t think I would get any of the abuse she gets.
“A lot of people are uncomfortable with people taking control of their own sexuality while making money and being confident.
“Insecure men don’t like confident women because it makes them feel worse about themselves I suppose.”
And as for how Alex deals with the hate, Mitch answered: “I think it’s just water off a duck's back with her now.
“She sometimes just ignores it and blocks and sometimes she pokes fun or sarcastically says they must have a great life if they are abusing someone they don’t know.
“I do feel a little guilty for coming off Twitter because I feel like I’m not there to protect her.
“But at the same time you can’t sit there and argue with those people because it will always be a losing battle.”
