An OnlyFans model was forced to sit with a bag of frozen peas between her legs after getting "designer vagina" surgery.
Lola Mason, aka MamaPlugs, has been open and honest with her 118,000 followers about her body surgeries in the past and her latest one has been no different.
The adult star, who has worked as a cam-girl for almost a decade, has made a series of videos documenting her healing process after having bits of her trimmed away.

But one video in particular left fans howling by sitting behind the wheel of the '95 MK4 Toyota Supra with a bag of frozen peas between her legs.
In the clip, which gained more than 15,000 likes on TikTok, she joked: "When you've not seen him in a while."
While being more candid in the caption, which said: "Jokes I got hoohar surgery."
It is not clear how much was spent on the cosmetic procedure, but in the UK it typically costs between around £2,000 to £4,000.
Viewers were left in hysterics over her video as they took to the comments to poke fun at her pain management method.
One user joked: "The only thing peas are good for."
A second commented: "Vagina surgery? Jesus boo you good?"
"I'm f**king weak," a third wrote.
Lola previously told the Daily Star that she had spent £11,000 travelling to Turkey and getting a tummy tuck and Brazillian butt lift to make herself more confident.
She has since claimed her earnings have tripled since she had her surgery after receiving "the booty of her dreams".

Lola said: "I’ve spent £11k on surgery, I had a bad overhang from having babies which affected my confidence a lot.
"He fixed my tummy tuck and gave me the booty of my dreams, he had also performed on my friends and they all look amazing.
"My earnings tripled but I honestly don’t think it was just my body that did it. It was my soar in confidence because I wore nicer clothes and was more comfortable naked.
"Confidence is key in this industry and I spent the first few with none!"
